Brain Agility is about enhancing and maintaining your brain's ability to remember, stay focused, be aware and alert, and to enable you to enjoy life fully. Learn how your brain functions, how it ages, and how to care for it.

ALL participants in Brain Agility will register for this activity to reserve a spot in the class.

NEW participants also need to register for the materials fee to receive the binder containing the textbook and brain agility exercises that are designed to help adults maintain cognitive functioning and in many cases to help recover losses.

Class dates are Tuesdays, April 25 through June 6, 2017.
